Why can I only submit a quote on the website and not buy directly?

At TrophyStore, many of our products are customisable, requiring personalisation such as engraving or sublimation. To ensure we meet your specific requirements, we offer a quote-based system. This allows us to provide accurate pricing based on your customisation needs and order details.

1. Browse our website and select the products you're interested in. 2. Click on the "Request a Quote" button and provide the required details, including any customisation instructions. 3.Submit your request, and our team will review it. We’ll send you a detailed quote via email along with a payment link. 4. Once you pay on the quote, we’ll begin processing your order.

Yes, absolutely! If you have a specific design or reference, you can upload an image directly through the "Request a Quote" form on our website. This helps us ensure we meet your expectations and provide accurate customisation for your order.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we use The Courier Guy to deliver orders nationwide. Please note that we do not hand-deliver items. Delivery is at the buyer's cost, and fees will depend on your location and the size of your order. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your order from our store.

Sandblasting is a process where high-pressure sand is used to create frosted or etched designs on glass or stone surfaces, resulting in a smooth and elegant finish. Laser engraving uses a focused laser beam to create precise, detailed etchings on various materials like metal, wood, or acrylic.

Engraving involves etching text or designs onto a surface, typically metal or glass, creating a permanent and elegant finish. Sublimation is a process of transferring vibrant, full-colour designs onto items like mugs, plaques, or fabric, using heat and special inks. Sublimation can be rendered in all colours except for white.

Lead times vary depending on the type of order: Standard orders without customisation: 2-3 business days. Engraving or sublimation orders: 5-7 business days. Large or complex orders: Lead times will be confirmed during the quote process.
